The Orange Prize for Fiction, the UK's only annual book award for fiction written by a woman, today announces the 2012 longlist. The announcement coincides with International Women's Day 2012.

Orange Prize for Fiction shortlist will be announced on 17 April
The £30,000 winner will be announced in a ceremony at the Royal Festival Hall, London on 30th May
